Quality, Environment and Safety

Product quality is essential for customer's satisfaction: this is why IRO obtained its first Quality System certification in the Nineties and developed a continuous improvement plan for its Quality Management System. But we aren’t focused on quality only. Our customers can trust us as a serious and reliable partner because we consider the environment and our workforce essential resources in our production process. This is the reason why IRO operate with Integrated Management System Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018). The desire to continuously improve and to take on new challeges led IRO to obtain IATF16949:2016 certification in 2020.

The General Management of the IRO expresses in its Policy the will to ensure that the company is equipped with an Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety System compliant with the reference UNI EN ISO and with the IATF 16949: 2016 standard, setting objectives to be pursued to achieve satisfaction of the Customer's expectations, of the reduction of costs linked to non-quality, non-safety and environmental impacts. IRO also has a Ethics Code which aims to comply with the laws and regulations in force in all the countries in which it operates. It also promotes an Ethical Whistle-Blowing Policy.
